Delivery and return Policy
UK delivery costs £5.00. All orders will be sent by DHL Express Service and will require a signature on
receipt. Your goods will be delivered within 1 – 2 working days from day of dispatch. We aim to get your parcels delivered to you within the time stated on our website however at times there may be delays which are beyond our control caused by our approved third parties and suppliers. For your convenience, you will be notified by email letting you know the tracking number of your order.
UK customers can track their parcels at https://www.logistics.dhl/gb-en/home.html by entering the parcel number which will be made aware to you when your order is dispatched. Unfortunately this is not possible to change delivery information for your order once the order has been placed.
We also offer European and International delivery. Please refer to the table below to find
appropriate delivery costing and information. For international deliveries, all orders will be sent by

We will be happy to refund goods within 14 days of you receiving the goods if they are returned with
the original receipt, are uncut, unused and unwashed in the condition they were purchased,
including all original packaging. A refund will be issued in the method the payment was made. This is
in line with your consumer right of return and refund. If you have been charged for any items, we
will process a refund, which will include the cost of delivery to the original delivery.
